bison burgers with all the fixins

Cooking out on the grill? How about bison burgers? We love to make thick and juicy bison burgers with all the fixin’s. Sprouts and avocado are really good with bison. Brioche buns grilled to perfection hold all the delicious toppings together.

On the grill, cook the bison burger to your desired doneness. Ours are medium-well. Load the bottom bun with your favorite mayo then layer on onion, tomato, burger with melted cheese, avocado, lettuce, and finally the sprouts. Finish the top bun however you like – ketchup and mustard – and dig in!
